I take submissions! If you want to try your hand at it, google fan art of something you like (or something you know has a lot of it), the subject to try and find the original picture it was made from, and photoshop it!
I don’t know the “right” way to do it since I’m self taught and all of that, but I make a lot of use of the liquify tool and the blur tool.
Or if you don’t have photoshop, but have one you want to see created, send that in and I’ll give it a try!
